well, I can't really argue much with it so I'll pitch in 15 bucks.

and considering my car actually gets good mileage (much better than most other cars), dunno how it would exactly be cheaper otherwise. if everyone agrees $15 is that outrageous, then $10's fine; i'm not trying to rip people off.
