There is no Ridley in Metroid 2 Return of Samus, the bosses were 100% Metroid (alpha, beta, sigma, omega, the queen).

I don't think that Ridley will look like in MP3, because there are so many Ridleys out in the Metroid universe. I think that Ridley will look like Meta Ridley in MP because he is well known.

it will probably be the ridley from the most famous metroid game (either super metroid, metroid, or metroid prime) with all the others being alt. costumes. either way, we still get them.

really, as long as meta-ridley is somehow incorporated, i don't really care what color he is. well, as long as he isn't that red color seen on the first page. if his purple color is his main, then that's fine with me.

i thought the mp3 ridley was blue, since he was infected by phazon. but i don't like the color scheme for costumes. i think alt. costumes should be alt. forms from their games, e.g. krystal could have her adventures, command, and assult costume, samus could have her various suits from her games, and ridley should have his various forms throughout the series.

(regarding color schemes, if they have to fill in colors, then by all means, make him white if they have to. just make sure we have costumes from their games)

MP3 Ridley indeed looks cool, though that is the biggest Ridley has been yet as far as I know. Fortuately they can scale him down to a size like in the Melee intro. Chances are though, if Brwal has alternate costumes, Ridley may get several as he keeps getting rebuilt.

I'm all for Ridley in Brawl. He may be a challenge to get him to fit, but I trust Sakurai and the crew to pull it off and create an amazing brawler.
