Just as an aside, any feedback about the venue/how I ran it/ what I could do differently is completely welcome seeing as this was my first tournament and I'd love to improve it and do more in the future. So feel free to let me know what could be changed

I feel like there could have been a better configuration for the placement and position of the TVs so as to have more ergonomic seating.

Other than that, an maybe some more chairs, it was good as it was. I wonder what it'll be like next time with the addition of more setups and players, but I'm sure it'll work out.
