this is y u find a group of people that r just fun to play and hang out with. doesnt have to be people just in bville or whatev. anyone who was around in the heyday of melee knows how awesome valley crew was. harlingen, raymondville, PSJA, mcallen, mission, and shady. even VC associates like donna and pharr crew were pretty kool people. we all enjoyed each others company and got to play lots of smash.


however when u go outside of the valley, its time to get serious. use whatever rules to your advantage. u do what u have to advance.

lol <3 my crew im not really that mad about the post count. im just pissed at the brawl community in general. not my rgv peeps but the super elitist people that turn the game into a religion. people start playing brawl for the fun of the game and keep playing the game for the community. people are making absurd rules and twisting the game so it becomes no fun at all and people start to leave the community. the community becomes less fun and more people leave. all this sadness can be traced back to these people who make the game miserable. and if you really think about it, more and more of the funnest people to be around have stopped playing for this very reason. its not fair for me to take it all out on Zac but i feel like im losing something. we all are. and thats why brawl is dying. thats why the rgv doesnt go to many upstate tournaments. thats why we cant have the brawl haven we were looking for when we started playing.

This actually makes sense guero. You should still come to austin with us though, speaking of austin... how are we getting there again?

u would play brawl pika but he moves too awkwardly compared to what im used to :/. same with brawl marth. i dont play ICs in melee so it doesnt feel as weird. but still it is a little. plus zero to deaths r too good.

even with wavedashing, melee pika is fat and slow. brawl pika is a whole lot faster/funner, esp with his quick atk cancels and his ugly chaingrab on some chars.

yeah i no, i might second pika cuz i dont like dedede.

pika is fat, sort of slow sometimes. when he is falling. but he can combo u-airs like crazy. u-air gimps. u-air-anything. plus chaingrabs on fastfallers. not like i ever grab with pika cuz his grab suks and spacies just shine so i cant grab, marth stays out of grab range, falcon can jab out sometimes, and sheik she grabs me lol.


anyways not like there is any tournies in the valley, to motivate me to play!!!!!!!
