Dk vs MK is 70:30 and I've still taken games off of you. I'm listed as one of the best DK mains in North America and have accomplished more with DK than you did with Link. I'd be willing to bet that more people have heard of me than you.

I'm starting my new job this saturday and he already has me scheduled next saturday for 1-9. I'm not sure how flexible they are but I will definitely try to switch shifts or something. I'll still be there from like 11- 12:30 ish regardless since the venue is 5 minutes from where I work now.

My parents do the same ****. They tell me theyre free and that I can go, then a few days before it happens they say theyve been waiting longer than me, and I had been waiting for about a month (this happened 2 weeks ago actually.) Parents act oblivious and seem sorry, but they just don't care about "your pokemon" tournament (they forget whats what because they don't care.)

Trying to get hype for tournaments suck.


I am mad at the top players of Texas. I am basically am trying to offer to buy a roundtrip megabus ticket for them, give them free entry to doubles, waive their venue fee, give them a ride to and from the station, and find them housing. ...and nobody is jumping on it. Last person to ask is Gnes, but I doubt he'd even get on smashboards enough to check.

Did you offer all of those San Antonio pony people these tickets and etc? Who DID you ask anyways, free doubles, no venue, rides and housing, you're asking people who want to get you to beg for them to go.

Get the infinite replays stuff too. Probably wanna take the textures off if they're model hacks, but textures are alright

I already took off the metaknight stuff. I already have tags in replays, colored sheilds, infinite replay time, camera zoom infinite, and well... thats it. The stages still have the same actual stage models, the backrounds are changed though. The collision data is all the same, so nothing gameplay wise is changed, just cooler looking.

dude if you would do side events people WANT and use a ruleset people LIKE, things would go way different. oh and having 4 dallas area events a month def doesnt help either. team up with these dudes and make a BIG event.

your players/events are good(ive been to there and played them) but if u want to grow smash in tx, you gotta change what you are doing until u get the players. once you get them, do w/e u want cause by then they will be hooked in.

Ddd's infinite is banned. Don't try any funny business, I have an elastic rule saying I can change rules mid tournament if I forgot a standard rule.

No stalling too. Man I gota edit this thread when I get home.

Since I've started playing, I don't think I've been to a tournament that banned DDD's Infinite. Why? Seems to me like you're changing a lot of what appear to be "standard" rules.

At least icies are harder to use and have tripping chances and drops. Dedede shouldn't be dropping his anytime soon.

Wait, I thought the rule was all infinites had to be ended by 300%?

If we get a good enough matchup against our opponents, we can play THE ALL POWERFUL KIRBY team. If not, probably Metaknight and Wario. Sound good? (btw we need to play more friendlies)

And denti... If you're going to change rules, I hope you change them before the event starts, otherwise I will call bull**** on any rules made up on the spot that interfere with practice I've put into this tournament based on the current rules <.<
