It's obvious I'm not going to be playing any newer games on this hunk of garbage until I get a job this summer and build my own monster, so until then here are some specs to give you an idea on what I should acquire:

1GB RAM
Pentium 4 CPU @ 2.20 GHz (SINGLE CORE!!)
Intel XTREME GRAFX (integrated ****)
Windows XP SP2

I have the following games:

System Shock 2 (Best.FPS.mother.****ing.EVER)
Thief: The Dark Project (Gold Edition)
Half-Life Platinum Collection
Deus Ex

BTW, I've played Doom, ****'s awesome although I don't have it anymore but I'll just re-acquire it again so no need to rec that to me.

I DON'T WANT RTS GAMES BECAUSE I ****ING SUCK *** AT THEM

Actually I do have Starcraft but I suck major bawlz at RTSes for some reason.

I do collect emulators and ROMs but I want actual PC games lol.

Actually in fact I'd suggest against recommending any RTS games because I'm horrible at them and I want stuff that's primarily good in single-player. >_>

if you like rpgs i'd recommend Planescape: Torment, and the Baldur's Gate series. They're Great western rpgs that have very low system requirements

I've heard really good things about Planetscape, and I love Western RPGs so I'll give it a try soon enough.
