I honestly had no idea who this guy was until I clicked on the link.
I guess people actually want to promote their characters more than to get them in Smash. Okay, ideally they'd want them in Smash, but realistically I guess they're aware that obscure third-parties stand no chance whatsoever.

I guess I should've specified a bit. This is starting to get ridiculous, even by my standards. I was pretty much expecting a few people to vote for the characters you listed off because that's just how the internet rolls sometimes. I mean, who is this Artix in the first place? I've never heard of him or his game until just now.

Commander Video is indie and Knuckles and Zero are there because of Megaman and Sonic are playable.

This is very beautiful. Even if their character don't come in the game, just this talking about it gives Smash Bros new free promotion, which is very good! I hope more companies will get involved in this.
Kinda funny though, how nobody wants to release their games 3rd party for the WiiU but everyone wants their characters in smash bros

Most of the third party characters that companies are requesting have had games on Nintendo systems. There are oddballs, like Meat Boy, who haven't, but for the most part, they're legitimate options (even if, compared to Rayman, Snake, and others, they don't seem likely to be chosen).

Do you think Lucas will have his level from Brawl? Mewtwo seems like he won't have any level with him, I'm scared of Rayman if he gets in, would he has his own level?
