well at least it has japanese support from kids that got legends (wii U exclusive). it's something


bayonetta is 3rd party and has no business being in smash. Not even close to an all star. I do need to buy her game though

Bayonetta would have to be toned down a lot to fit in with Smash.
Stripping to attack? Torture attacks? Yeah. That's a lot worse than Snake's strangling which still made it in Brawl.
There's no denying the potential she has but stripping and torture attacks are what makes her combat. Plus she's not an important third party character like Sonic, Snake, Pac-Man or Mega Man.

I'm not opposed to Bayonetta being in but I'd rather she be accurate than toned down because "Muh Kiddiez"

Well she's not going to get that spot reserved for our Rayman before he does. I'm sorry for being critical, but sometime you have to be selfish if you want things get done. Right now, Rayman needs that roster spot more than anyone else.

To be honest, Wonder Red is a more suitable choice over Bayonetta since he too got several trophies and isn't playable like Rayman. That, and there are several songs from said game in the Wii U version, which stinks since there aren't any Rayman related songs as well.

Because she's a fun character with so much moveset potential and she comes from games which are very highly acclaimed and loved by it's fans.
Her problem is the way she fights would have to be toned down.

I'd die if they could get the va of 2 and 3. But it's more then likely RO/L's VA...

His voice actor in Origins/Legends is Douglas Rand.

Of course, in the latter games, the only actual speaking is the occasional "YEAAH!"

I doubt Rayman would actually speak in Smash, so they probably wouldn't go for David.

We can't waste the opportunity given to us by a certain *cough* leak because if we do, we will eventually lose momentum and remain stagnant in support like a certain purple, dragon-like creature who is unfortunately too big to be in Smash (was most requested character, but support dwindled due to lack of moral). I actually like to think that fake Rayman leak did more good than harm. It demonstrated to the devs, Ubisoft and Nintendo included, how badly people wanted Rayman in the game. They had to have seen the excitement when he was "confirmed".. and the general letdown when it turnt out to be fake..

I even like to think that whole fiasco might have been what lead to the creation of the Ballot in the first place.. I mean it seems out of nowhere.. of course thats probably just me.

I loved how comical he sounded in Origins. The one boss called "Poor little daisy", when he falls into the boss' pit, and just lets out a literal japanese dub-tier cry as he lands on his back gets me everytime.
