Well, that she has the lowest chance rate is expected (Blue Bowser is the first super obscure character that we're rating so far... even Micaiah herself had something in recent years xD)

I'm actually a bit surprised that Micaiah ended up with this want chance... it's higher than people considered more relevant like Chrom and Anna.

Blue Bowser double zeroes
He only appeared in the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2 and when the game released international as The Lost Levels his appearance became the same as regular Bowser. He already appeared as a palette swap for Bowser in Smash 4, and got no new appearance since, so he has no reason to be promoted to playable. Maybe he could have a chance if we got something like a DLC in Super Mario Odyssey featuring him as clearly distinct from regular Bowser, but that's too much of a gambit to consider it even remotely plausible (although I admit the timing maybe wouldn't be bad if he gets added as a last minute clone).

Putting Blue Bowser as a Bowser clone would feel like the absolute bottom of the barrel for characters to add, so no thanks.

Just for the sake of being more recent and the fact that's been in two relatively recent games (Or 3 if you count MK8 and Deluxe as separate).
