I feel as all characters that have multiple incarnations should be amalgams instead of updating them to their newest design. Such as Zelda characters. Link that's obvious Link but maybe not from any specific game.

I don't think Snake belongs in Smash. However, since he has been in Barwl, I suppose he will be in the next game, since he is so popular. If they decide to cut him out, I wouldn't be surprised since he is a third party character and could be considered a guest appearance.

A good character that doesnt fit into Smash but yet does at the same timeZ. I'd prefer him and Sonic to be removed in order to make Brawl unique but I wouldn't have any cry if he was kept it. I was estatic at his trailer announcement back in '06.

I never really liked the idea of having Snake in Smash Bros, but when the game came out and I played it I warmed up to him a bit. Still, he's one of my least used characters, and I wouldn't really mind seeing him gone. But am not expecting it. Still, it could happen. Otherwise, no problem, I like fighting Snake as he's rather unpredictable. But if he comes back, please fix him at least. :/
