I have been toying with some rule-bending ideas for future games though, so keep an eye out after this one for an EXPERIMENTAL MAFIA series.

Well, you could be modkilled if you get caught REALLY cheating.

Little things though, like bringing up an ongoing game, will be met with a stern warning and possible death on repeated offenses.

AS MUCH AS I LIKE BEING THE FIRST KING... I kind of agree, it's a little wonky to use unnecessary RNG.

"Wonky" is a massive understatement.

The decision of who becomes king on Day 1 is pretty much the most important one in the entire game.

Well, is it going to be any LESS random if the Kingmaker, who has seen nothing so far this game, chooses?

Yes. Statistically, the king maker is more likely to chose a mafiso than a mafiso is to send in their thing first. So, who do you want to have a statistical advantage?

Having the kingmaker choose brings some level of ability and whatnot into it. It can make for a stronger d1 depending on what kind of person you choose
