Clubbing sounds fun, but I have no means of transport to and from said venues that is within my 'can be bothered' range.

So Nick and I are going to the movies with Kane and friends (I assume that means you too Micheal???), then I'm guessing drinking will ensue somewhere.

You'll have to forgive me for wanting to spend new years with just friends and a few drinks :p

Oh please XLR8
I've been clubbing too. Its great or not, depending on who you go with. Getting laid is half the reason people go clubbing, not to socialise. Or to get high on Alcohol and yeah, Ice.

And yer, I've already manned up but i don't whore about it. Guys if you feel uncomfy about getting 'feeled up' just tell the guy to stop. Apparently that doesn't seem to work when Sirias is involved.

This leaves you with the last option - just whack him one in the face. Unless he's a 50 yr old pedobear and carries a knife, you are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

To back up Ryan's last words, yes stop being ******* and start getting a bow chicka bow wow.

Meh, whatever Ryan.

It's entirely subjective to say I should spend my new years clubbing. Who are you or anyone else for that matter, to justify on my behalf why I should go out. I'm not saying I don't want to, it's more like I don't have the means to, and the alternative atm isn't that appealing either (Drinking with Kane for the sake of it).

Like Dedu says, I've got nobody in particular who wants to go with me, and I can't say I want to spend money to put myself in a situation I'll find mostly forgettable all because you told me so. I don't particularly want to go clubbing/drinking for the sake of it on New Years Eve. Going out and drinking is something I only do with friends, so you can barely fault me for deciding against going out by myself for the sake of it.

I tried to organise a christmas weekend party, but nobody tried to help me organise anything (Except DJ), and everytime I mentioned clubbing or drinking out in Brisbane, nobody shot forward and raised their hand. So you can't say I didn't try.

Simply put, if I had a group of friends that wanted to go out clubbing tonight, I would. But I don't, so I won't.

So I might just spend new years with my family. It's respectable, nothing to brag about. But I'm happy with that. I hope you enjoy/ed your New Years Eve as much as I'll be enjoying mine Ryan.

tldr: I have no friends who want to get drunk with me in surfers. stfu.

Calm down it was a ****ing joke lol.

I've been clubbing. I liked it. I had fun.

I have no idea where this ****ing man up **** is coming from though. Do I have to go out clubbing now to be a man or something? Clubbing is your different world, which I obviously realised from when I acted like a ****** to you when I saw you that night.

Usually that's something you wouldn't care about or would do back, but because it wasn't in an environment that you liked to express that.

If I have to ****ing become a different person just to go out clubbing then whats the ****ing point lol.

EDIT. SFFOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUR ****ING HOLD CHARACTERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Clubbing isn't all that great, admittedly it's fun when you're drunk, though.
But then again most things are fun when drunk.
Still... clubbing, just lots of people crowded around dancing, almost no conversation, I'm not really that into it.
And so many shufflers at the clubs I've been to, just wanna smash them in the face, blah.

Zzzaaaccc.
You fffuuuccckkk.
Stop having a weak stomach and throwing up ffs. xD

Anyway to get back on topic.

Since there's going to be a Brawl tournament early February, we could look at organising a Melee tournament this month.

Any ideas?

Question. If i start having weeklies on Sunday again at my place, will people turn up? I have a big downstairs area with couches that would work well for it. It'd be great to see the old crew together again.

peace out

har har I agree with that statement full heartedly...
But hey each to his own... ;)

Kas I agree. In Sydney there are no shufflers so try coming down here one time for a clubbing experience.
You'll see its similar to Brisbane cept not as boring or as quiet.

If you wanna chat with a guy there just take him outta the club and do w/e.
Drunkeness makes it moar fun to listen to over 110dB pulsating beats and to watch the whole world go round in vertigo mode while you lose control over your thoughts </3
