Eh.... it's not exactly the shading that's bothering me with your sprite but more of how awkward that looks with the head all zoomed in like that. You know what I mean right? And the way you put the beak is also throwing me off a bit :/

The heads are supposed to be big, lol. They're Weezing's heads on Doduo's body.

And which beak? I think they both work quite well. The angles of Doduo's beaks fit pretty well with the angles of Weezing's mouths.

I'm talking about teh beak on the big head. It seems pretty... I dunno, awkward in comparison to the rest of the head

What I mean more is how that head is zoomed in, but I guess that's how it is in the sprite right?
