If it makes you feel any better, we're gonna have an epic livestream in a couple weeks over Columbus Day weekend with like 8 PMBR member (at least me, cmart, Thunderhorse, Yeroc, Ryoko, Neko, Vigilante, and maybe some others like GuruKid. Oh and not PMBR, but Umbreon will be there too) and we'll probably do a legit tournament. And it'll all be on ustream.
... makes me feel a lot better actually=)... i'll be sure to catch that one=)...

I accidently combined project m demo with balanced brawl. Now some characters are the same from project m, and other characters are same as in balanced brawl. It is very funny.

That makes everyone else feel worse though >_> Ustream has been pretty crappy for the past couple years.

Sneak, you should do more Wolf vs Fox/Falco matches. The Wolf vs. Fox was pretty good.

Edit: Livestream app for iphone doesn't work. Its shiet. And there is an app for twitch.tv. Twitch used to be justin.tv so just download the justin.tv app.

Why use twitch.tv?

Twitch has no mandatory commercials after the one when you log on (IDC if you just say 'adblock adblock', some people dont use adblock and therefore HATE IT and miss important stuff.)

Speaking of ads, if you channel gets popular enough on Twitch, you can make money from ad revenue. This program is public, meaning ANYONE who reaches a certain level of popularity can AUTOMATICALLY make money. Ustream only allows a handful of channels to make money.

Twitch.tv has an amazing "dashboard" from which I can see chat, get a small preview of my stream, AND change the title of the broadcast, AND play commercials if I wanted to from the same screen. It helps me a great deal while streaming.

Twitch has a much better chat. Allows me to make/remove custom censors, etc.

This may not be important to you, but Twitch puts SERIOUS investment into competitive gaming. They sponsor tournaments and players (especially in SC2), and double the money made from many charity events run through their streams.

Twitch responds to requests! The site is run by an awesome team that isn't afraid to actualize good ideas.

Finally, Twitch works harder to help my channel grow. Their site is videogame players only, and they do their best to help channels be successful through related channels and search results.

These reasons were compelling enough for me to dump the old channel I had (50 followers and 4k views in 4 months) and move to my new one (now has 283 followers and 16k+ views in a month and a half.) Loving it.

BTW Wario is super good in P:M, and I was having more success with him than with Pit yesterday. Thanks for tuning in everyone.

Wish I could have seen your Wario Peef. Oh well.

And lol Rikana, funny you should say. My ipod crashes and shuts down when trying to watch livestream. A good reason why I miss ST and Monk's streams. Poor thing is just too old (And I refuse to update to a painfully slow firmware).

I don't know, it just seems like they actually work on improving the quality over time. The site works better than Ustream and Livestream for me.

Also, I used to watch a lot of streams on Ustream in 2007 (back when that was one of the only stream sites), and comparing it to now, I feel like the functionality of the site (as a viewer) has actually gotten worse.

The only concern with twitch is that, as far as I know, there is no way to make videos private.

My workaround is to direct upload what I want to keep to youtube privately which I can do, then delete the rest. No biggie, but thats the only issue I have been able to find.

After watching PEEF's stream it has come to my attention that Snake's bair looks really silly when SHFFL'd. A lot of Brawl aerial animations that looked dandy with floaty gravity and no L-Canceling might need to be reevaluated.

And also so I can get a new AC adapter.
:troll:

Anyway, Snake's bair shffll'd looks no less odd that sex kicks and Jiggs' fair do when shffl'd.

The difference is that Jigglypuff is an amorphous puff ball and Snake is a realistically proportioned human. For some reason sex kicks don't bother me, just "full body" kicks like Snake's bair, and its not as bad with the small/cartoony characters.
