just finished baccano and holy **** that was so ****ing good its unbelievable. def recommend it. i really ****ing wish it had some money put into it some of the scenes are so badly animated its laughable. but thats a money thing.

pay attention to the story and no it doesnt get too confusing. you just have to pay attention to what year the thing thats happening is set in.

and it has one of the best character development cases (jacuzzi splot), extremely good fight scenes and really good voice actors for a budget so low (dubbed)

I really don't get the whole Pichu thing. Is it because it was a troll character? Or do people want to see Pichu play well? I'm not sure what you could do to it to make the self hurt thing not completely stupid. Plus there's like 7 Pokemon already, we need more Sanic characters.

What reasons was he generally unused for other than the fact that a few of his attacks did self-damage?

The only thing he had over his evolved form, was ether the least lag on his nair, or the best SFFL nair. Something about his nair being good, I can't really remember. Aside from that, pika was always the better choice.
