Yeah it was good, but then difficulty regression happened like a madman in X and Y

Never got the hype over Awakening, myself.

It's fun.

Awakening suffered from the non-main quest grinding you could do to easymode the game.

Nope. Get at me. Not saying I didn't have fun with it, it just wasn't a challenge after the first ten chapters, once actually attempting to grind didn't get my entire party slain.

Not really. If you have both Black 2 and white 2 You can unlock the other versions difficulty mode.
