New Death Battle is out feature a free for all for all of the Kanto starters fully evolved. So it's pretty much Venesaur vs Blastoise vs Charizard.

Spritied is my favorite movie, and I dislike anime. Studio Ghibli is realllyyyy good.

I figure this is better than making a whole new thread about it.

I'm still a noob here in the world of actually good Smash players, so I don't understand some stuff I hear a lot. I was watching a PM video earlier and the comments seemed to all reference "salt".

What is "salt"? Is it a joke that I'm missing?

So I'm gonna enter my first tournament next Friday.
It's Melee, and I'm going Marth in singles and Peach/Pika in doubs (teaming with a Sheik).
Right now, I'm researching the competition.
Any advice?

Is this whole movie shot from the character's video camera? Because, in general, I really can't stand those kind of movies.

90% of it. I think there's some shots at the end using a news camera or something.
It's very Cloverfield-esque.
That's not a good thing.

i had to work a concert today, and country singers apparently get crazy as ****

literally

as i got off, i was checking the floors, some guy straight up **** the **** out of his underwear and left it on the elevator. i ran to clock out and left cuz i didnt wanna clean that ****

So far this is pretty stereotypical, but I think it would be better if it was just shot traditionally.

Two "bros" and an outcast. Wonder of the outcast does something terrible and the bros question the powers. They have telekinesis.

Welp, it just happened.

Not unclever, they're using the powers to film like a normal movie sometimes.

The outcast has a drunk father. Bet he's gonna use the powers on him. Zzz.

The white bro (there is also a black one) has a crush on a blonde girl. Wonder how that turns out. She also has a camera and is filming ****.

These guys are doing a truly terrible job of not getting caught / busted / investigated by the FBI.

The outcast had a bad time with a girl and now he's all emo

oh **** he just killed the black bro

"turn off the camera" "no" -- every one of these ****ty self-filmed movies ever

now the outcast is physically hurting people who emotionally hurt him OMG I AM SO SHOCKED

some redemption. this movie has Ziggy Stardust in it

it's just... "the camera needs to stay on for the investigation" and there's no side-character development. stereotypes. not entirely shallow stereotypes. dont get me wrong. the alcoholic dad is now crying and showing emotion. that is still a stereotype. that is not character development. its all been done a million goddamn times

i really wish this movie was filmed traditionally, it has real potential

DBZ Matrix fight for the climax

actually not bad use of in-world cameras. one of the better ones i've seen. uses all kinds of camera sources. still a bad idea for movies though. it will never be a good idea. stop trying to do it

anime ending, outcast has powers and goes crazy and abuses powers. his friend, white bro, stops him

serenity ending. now the show the emotion. white bro finds piece, keeps ****ing filming himself for no reason

overall i didnt like it, but it wasnt a terrible movie. just really really mediocre.
