Sometimes you have to test them and if they do something silly, you hit them. My Roy is all about DED with a solid ground game and making people feel stupid for pressing a button preemptively.

It's also closer to B, which is helpful for decreasing DJ->Special time (as rolling across A from X->B with the multishine method doesn't help if you're airborne and the jump has no jumpstart).
