Melee is frame 8 but there's no punishment (you can just mash jump/upb to cancel)

Pm is frame 16, but if you try to cancel before then youmre ****ed

i have no idea on that part, actually.

now that i think more on it, i think upb meteor cancel used to be bufferable, as well? but, like, at a different build... like, one build you could spam upb and it would meteor cancel, no matter what (whereas jump had the fail window so you had to time it). and another build had it so you could just hold upb and it would meteor cancel on the first possible frame, no matter what, but jump worked normally.

there were some weird meteor cancel bugs...

It's sixteen frames for jumping or up specials. Trying anytime during that window locks you into the full hitstun of the attack.

Meteor Cancelling was changed to 12 frames in 3.6. I have a snapshot on my phone confirming.

It was forgotten to be added in one of the changelogs.

I forgot if it was 3.6b or 3.6 though.

Because updates having same number friggen makes everything hard to remember.

Before 3.6 there was a fail window on the jump but not the up special. I'm not sure if they fixed it yet (yet. As if it would be fixed in the future. MY FEELS)

In Melee there's a way to buffer if you have multiple jumps I'm pretty sure.

Edit - Not 100% sure it's 12 frames but it was definitely buffed. Err, Meteors nerfed. Whatever.

I forgot about that "EXE" part. Why do anime fighters always have weird names? I think Guilty Gear is the only one that's okay and even that gets ruined by it's subtitles.

Marvel is just a along one, not a dumb one. You can get the whole picture from the title. Marvel characters and Capcom characters obviously fighting, it's the third one in the series, and it's the fate of two universes, obviously Capcom's and Marvel's.

Anime fighters just string together English and call it a day.

So at my uni although I'm a sophomore I get emails that only juniors are supposed to get, I think the system technically thinks I'm a junior

An email was just sent out to all juniors saying that completion of a sexual assault training course is mandatory, I wonder if I have to do it or not

If I ask then they might fix it so that I stop getting emails meant for the year ahead of me, which would suck because they've frequently sent emails to the year ahead of me that were of high importance(like job fairs or internship offers; even if I get denied due to being a year behind what they're looking for they'll still ask for my contact info and stuff) but they don't send it to my class. On the other hand if I go do it and then it turns out I didn't have to, that would suck because my schedule is pretty packed so wasting an hour or two kinda sucks. And then there's also the case where I have to do it next year again which would be awful
