Edit: to clarify, the video is criticizing the Master Sword's design from a realistic historical perspective, and gives (images too!) a neat redesign that keeps the feel of the original.

Our real number analysis midterm made people so sad more than half the class dropped the course after it
But then again the average for this course last year was 13% ayy lmao

i think i actually did really well on my midterm yesterday.

either that, or the fact that it seemed simple and direct means that i had no clue what i was doing and actually made a literal 2 on it.

i'll find out next week!

Really though, with a 50 minute time limit, it feels to me like my exams are aimed at people with the intuition/skill to guess answers and then subsequently prove them rather than solve the problems from "scratch" (for lack of a better term) (which is often the case, but this is to an extreme). One could easily waste about 10 minutes using a technique that is logically consistent but ends up being inefficient. That's just my hunch, though.

I felt I got plenty of practice for the simpler stuff like partial fraction decomposition, but during the exam I wasn't sure how to work x^2 on its own (as opposed to say (X^2 + 9) as a denominator, so I'm still a noob.

our place is pretty small, if its just to avoid the floor youre no better off. when ipk and hero of time came they slept on the floor too

The idea is usually that if you know the right technique to use and how to use it, you have plenty of time to solve the problems.

And if you've done enough practice problems you should know the right technique and how to use it by intuition.

So really it's aimed at people who do their homework.

i have 3 midterms and a final.

though, the final is just another normal test, which is actually really great.

and all of his stupid in class quizzes count together as another test grade.

but, yeah, all of my math classes have had an exam each chapter, so about once a month.

quarter system and 2 midterms + final for my math class.

Also there's that awful feeling of at first being unsure and then later remembering the right answer/ how to obtain the right answer just a minute after turning in the test.

The PS3 & 360 aren't as mod friendly as the Wii to my knowledge and most people like Marvel for its brokenness so that's probably why no one has tried lol

Ugh, I spilt water on my mouse cord a while ago and now the thing "disconnects" for a split second every now and then. Really jarring to have the mouse stop working for like 5 seconds

Cyber Monday can't come quicker

Yo man I also started having some mouse troubles recently, it's a real pain. It often double clicks on a single click so all sorts of crap that I don't intend to do keeps occurring. This is actually fixable, though the process is tedious/finicky and it's only a matter of time before the problem comes back, maybe I should just get a new mouse..

Edit: Doing some Googling on mouses, something doesn't appear quite right here...

Not gonna lie, the idea of a Project M styled- Mvc3 mod sounds pretty great. They could totally bring back Mega Man, Zangief, and all of the cool X-men characters that didn't make it into the third game (Colossus, Cyclops, Rogue, Juggernaut, Gambit, Sabertooth, Silver Samurai, Cable, etc.)

On a side note, I miss college sometimes.

You don't need Zangief when there's Haggar :^) and one of MvC2s problems was that almost the whole Marvel side was X men so they shouldn't bring back too many of them haha
