It's mainly the facial features that are different between SF4 and SF5 Cammy.
SF4 Cammy is on the left and SF5 Cammy is on the right.

However, Capcom seems to have changed her face later on, likely from the amount of complaints, or at least just for her new costume.

The more "British" Cammy actually looks pretty anime to me (rounder features seems to be a more western art style). I also think it is the better design because she looks more distinct from the rest of the class and personally the sharp features are beautiful to me.

Looking for that special someone will be rough because my mind forces prejudgements on everyone and everything.
