*Feels great that minimal people from New England have seen the rankings*

Haven't messed up yet.

Don't worry guys who aren't on the lists, it only feels mildly orgasmic when you are actually on the list.

Gotta be the first to say it "gasp", it's finally good to see M2K at the top instead of the 5th place he was at before. KDJ's placing is accurate too.

I think the list was done well with minor problems in the tristate area. NY and NJ need to battle it out, lol. I think Sol should've been on it.

About NY being underrepresented on the list: You should probably talk to AnthrunZala about this. I don't pretend to know about your state, so any rankings from therein are based on Anthrun's arguements vs ours.

Recent events have given reason for slight changes in the list, such as Reik's placement, but that will be reflected in the next release of the power rankings. We did not forget about any players worthy of being on the list (such as Sol), but they have not made strong enough impressions to warrant them being as high as you think.

I'm amazing like that

@ New York Players: You don't travel. You only play in your own state, or only in NY City in a lot of cases. That means your only pro wins can come from someone like Wes that you've had dozens of chances to beat. You don't have placings for major national tournaments or anything from MD/VA or up north in Mass or anything like that. If you only play just in your own smaller area, you can't be ranked high.

Do you understand now? The list isn't based on skill levels, it's based on tournaments, and people that never go OOS are bound to be ranked lower due to less placings and less pro wins.

Why don't you guys update the NY list so at least we got one accurate list for ourselves.
I think its about time we should.

Your probably right, I mean, it makes sense as far as traveling to tournaments goes, but then again it would make sense for the panelists to do so as well. In all honesty I haven't heard of Athrun Zala even attending any tournaments in like a year. I could be wrong, but whatever.

lol @ me not being top 15 in md/va

9th place at Cat. 1st place at B-more. 17th at Long Island. 1st at Dk's (not that big of a deal).

Who did you beat at B-more to take first?

For that matter who did you beat at any of those tournies.

Maybe if you attended more than 1 in 4 tournies, and didn't get ***** at *pound* 2.

::Shrug::

I'm not even on the panel... those are just my suggestions.

i think warrior knight is def top 10 material for the tristate list but then again i haven't seen him enter a tournament besides this past zenith in dumb long. The one he does enter are usually right in NYC too. I agree there should be a new panelist for NY , i don't mind being one i attend both NYC and a few upstate tournaments so i think i'd be a good panelist but if anyone else wants it they're welcome to have it lol. i dont think kip is too high (a couple spots are arguable obviously) i mean if you think your better then him travel to more than your local tourney once a month and place consistently well like he does :)

I think that I should be ranked ahead of Jinx and Nuscirtap. I beat jinx in the last two tournaments I attended knocking him out in one and 2-0ing him at DJs. (Nothing against jinx you are awesome). And I have never played nuscirtap or seen him at any tourneys recently so I dont really know about him but hopefully I can play him at Esticle :).

Plus I have noticible pool wins against other ranked players at recent mlgs against people like tetra and husband.

But everyone ranked 10-15 is pretty even so I am not gonna complain too much.

Yeah, he should. (edit// @ PC being a panelist)

I also have a few things to say about certain panelists for the next time around.

PC knows everything bout New York so it would make alot of sense if he was a panelist. At least for the tristate area. If he agrees to it.

B-More - Beat Plank, Cactuar, and Kaiser. Didn't lose a set.
DK - Beat Aho, Fonz, Vist.
Pound II - Went 12-0 in all my pools that included Green Mario, Aho, and some other Florida player. Next day played like trash and went 2 and out.
Cataclysm - Lost first round so I got to 9th through losers. Beat a lot of people to get there.

I donno what you're talking about. Unless you're talking about friendlies against my Falcon or something!!!!! >_>

Nus, if you open your squinty eyes you'll notice that Brookman is on top of you, not the other way around. Plus you'd be horrible on top cause your wavedash is so small.

I think he meant he was glad he landed at the top of the 12-15 that were "random" and right next to Brookman as well.

that's ********, omni goes to just as much **** as travis if not more

i'm also surprised at Wife's spot, when's the last time you've seen him at anything. Let alone place well

to simplify things I call for a regional tier list

Md/Va > Ny/Nj/Pa > NorthEast
