Oh man that's amazing Lokii. Poor Martha.

Also, bump:

My new pair of black Converses arrived yesterday. I also bought some fabric paint so I can paint my name and some pictures/designs on them. They're low top though, so the surface area for painting is kinda small. Any suggestions on what I can paint? xD

That Marth forgot to throw Zamus

Also I've never liked converse lol. They're so thin and flimsy, and whenever I'm outside I'm doing something like hiking or walking/jogging/running long distances. I kicked a rock in a pair of converse once and I thought I broke my toe :[

@Bren: Lol yeah, they aren't the cushiest of shoes -.- I don't really do anything that requires strong shoes though.

I KNEW I recognized the influence. The contrapposto-yness and the position of the head were super familiar
Greek art is excellent <3

Just take a picture of what looks nice. That's what I do lol

Some of my photography from a vacation we took to Sequoia National Park. My whole family is really out-doorsy, we took a huge 3 day hiking trip around the whole park. It was pretty awesome haha.

...I feel like I'm showing a slide reel :l

That place is totally my favorite place in the world. Makes me feel like I'm in Middle Earth or something.
Glad you liked them :]

The one in the foreground thought my phone was food, sort of waddled up, and took off when he heard the click

BE CAREFUL, BREN! Rabies dont look like a whole lot of fun.
Well, except lockjaw. But thats fun for everyone except the person with lockjaw.

And yeah, this is the best thread, especially since it's like a tiny gem hidden away here on SWF, not to sound cheesy or anything.

Well I wasn't going for a perfect photo-realistic effect, I was mostly playing with colors and experimenting. Usually my goal is only to make my subject recognizable to someone familiar with their face.
But yes, I guess you could say it's realistic

That certainly is good.

I'll never be that good with my tablet pc. There's something about coloring on PC that isn't the same for me as it is with my colored pencils.

I was about to but got distracted and then I didn't :V! I'm also anxious how you'll take it, but I guess you're a big boy.

It's way better than I could do, but I think the shading is off. I can't tell where the light is coming from. The face makes it look like it's coming a bit from the frontal left, but the body and hair makes it look like it's frontal right.

The left part of the left eyebrow looks really weird. It goes from a normal thickness, almost nothing, to a thin stretch of eyebrow. I feel like the "almost nothing" part should've been a bit thicker.
The eyes itself feel empty, and don't look alive. The shape and all is down, but I just can't find the spark from it. Maybe it's the colour, I can't tell :p.

Other than a few edges with some black lines that probably shouldn't have been there (the right shoulder has a black line) or the right pixely side, I can't say much. It's an amazing drawing and I strive to make stuff like that =D
