What are some good ways to deal with the Rotom appliance forms?
outspeed it and OHKO it. lots of pokemon can outspeed it, and a SE move should end it.

Weavile and Gengar are nice bets, as they are very fast and have a STABed SE move that can kill a rotom. Gengar wont like getting hit with a shadow ball on the switch though- and Weavile has a ghost resist, and decent Sp. Def.

I use my weavile, but its not exactly the most used pokemon- you probably have move uses on your team for gengar.

Hey guys Shoddy isn't working for me. I get on and only the official server shows up. I try to connect and it doesn't let me. Smogon and the other servers are gone. It's been like this for days. Any help?

You could run something like Guts Heracross on your team(Even more effective with a choice item since it makes you basically immune to trick) Night Slash + Guts + Choice makes for alot of pain. Ursaring could work well too with an immunity to ghost attacks, decent HP/SpDef and either Guts or Quick Feet to take advantage of.

In Pokemon Battle Revolution, is there anyway to get the outfits of Pokemon Trainer Blue? You know, the one that is the female selection on FR/LG. Maybe just to be her altogether.

Lol Ima noob.

What's the Fastest way to get to LV. 100 in D/P

W/O Rare Candies and of course no Hacks.
If you have both games/two of one of them and feel up for a challenge, try playing through the entire game through with the Pokemon you want to get to level 100. I started with a level 30 Shaymin and by the end it was like, 88, I think? Elite Four's also a good option.

Just make sure you've picked your EV's before you fight random Pokemon to train to level 100.

First of all, I think she's actually called "Leaf". Blue is your rival in R/B/G/FR/LG, and the eighth Gym Leader of Kanto in G/S/C.

Second of all, no. Why they didn't make awesome costumes like that, I don't know.

Get a Frisk Banette and go to Route 209/210 and just keep battling Chansey(You can use the pokemon radar to increase your chances of seeing one after your first battle with one) Eventually you'll find one with a Lucky Egg and you can steal it. Lucky Egg doubles the amount of experience you earn for a battle. From there you can use the item that lets you rebattle opponents(forgot what it's called) to battle against the same trainer multiple times. Many of them, after you've beaten the game, will have their pokemon evolve and level up to very high levels(around the same area as the Elite Four) It's essentially the same as battling the elite four over and over again but takes significantly less time.

Make sure to EV train before you battle the same trainer over and over though.

>_>

...Yeah, that's a much better idea than mine. Mine's much harder and more time-consuming. Fun, but not the most efficient way, really.

I was mainly going by the manga I guess. It gets confusing sometimes =/

I only ask though because I thought I saw it in an advertisment or commercial for the game. It could've been something else though. >.>

Thank you so much, Perfect answer. I didn't know about the Frisk Bannette part.

Edit: ughh getting that lucky egg is such a pain lol

SWF won't let me search for "IV".

In Shoddy, should I set all my IV's at the default 31?

Why is this Pokemon Q and A thread going off topic?
Isn't this thread supposed to be for Pokemon related questions and their answers?
Why don't you take the stick out of your *** and stop being so serious? They were just happy that you've made an appearance, jpp8. How dare your SWF friends greet you with open arms and a smile.

Hmm, I don't wanna start my own topic, so I'll just do this here.

I recently purchased an R4 chip, and downloaded pokesav onto my computer. I can get anybody any pokemon they want. Pokemon, nature, ability, movesets, levels, EV's, IV's, nicknames, anything. I'll input the Trainer ID from my Diamond game to make it even more legit.

If you want perfect IV ditto's and specimens to breed with, I can give you those too. Anything, really. They can be holding any item too. I'm sure you all know how it works.

The ones I give you will be as close to legitimate as possible. I know they work in the battle tower, and they work online too. So uh, make some requests! I'll do as many as I can.

Copy and paste this outline, then fill in the blanks.

Pokemon:
Nickname:
Level:
Ability:
Held Item:
Gender:
Shiny?:
EV Spread:
IV's: (I'll assume all 31's unless you say otherwise)
Move 1:
Move 2:
Move 3:
Move 4:

Question: In R/S/E, when is it determined that Lati@s is shiny or not? I think it's when you first start out but I'm not sure on that.

Something that's been bugging me.

Now that **** is helpful. TY.
Now new question:
What provides the better coverage:
Ice/Ground
or
Fire/Ground

With Pokerus and a Macho brace, Turtwig will gain 4 defense and 8 sp. def EVs. That is all. No effect at all from the ability, from the nature. Just the item and Pokerus.
you mean its not affected by its personality like study body or strong willed right?

In terms of attack coverage, Ice/Ground.

Why not fire?:
Ground already hits Steel and Ice hits Grass. Bug types are nearly non-existant (barring Scizor atm). Ice types are lol UU. The only one even worth mentioning atm (Mamoswine) loses its immunity to Ice so...

Ice hits Dragons and that's always useful. Hitting Ground types is nice too.

However, if you're that paranoid about Scizor, then go for Fire/Ground.

@ retrogamer: Yes.

ok another noob question. this goes for my turtwig again.

should i give turtwig vitamins such as zinc before i start training him or should i just train him without them?

The Vitamins, such as Zinc, provide 10 EVs each for whatever stat they say they boost. Only 10 of each vitamin can be used on a single Pokemon though. So, if you were to use 10 Zincs on your Turtwig, it would now have 100 free EVs in Sp. Def. Need clarifying?
