Which amplifies Hydro Pump's average damage the most: Wide Lens or Wise Glasses?

Is this math correct?

No item:
200 Atk vs 200 Def & 200 HP (120 Base Power): 86 - 102 (43.00% - 51.00%)
51% * 0.8 = 40.8%

Wise Glasses:
200 Atk vs 200 Def & 200 HP (132 Base Power): 95 - 112 (47.50% - 56.00%)
56% * 0.8 = 44.8%

Wide Lens:
51% * (0.8 * 1.1) = 44.88%

Right?

Right?
Wide Lens increases the chance Hydro pump will hit. It doesn't effect the damage at all

He means average damage (factoring misses); as his stats show, Wide Lens does 0.08% more damage on average, but since that's neglible and not all of your moves are going to have 80 accuracy, Wise Glasses would be better.

Then again, Expert Belt, Life Orb or even Splash Plate would be better options.

That would be a good idea. I'm not feeling too well myself, either, so I don't know if I'll be getting around to any trading today.
Tomorrow would be better.

Gumorous. Gote the gorylike grogression.

If you put Last Resort on a Sleep-Talk-user, take Spore, and talk, will Last Resort work?
Wait, what do you mean? That's a pretty confusing choice of words.

Besides having munchlax level 100 having a 2% chance of picking it up, is there any other way I can obtain leftovers? Also, how many are in the game? I could've sworn I found 2 in diamond/pearl, but I only have one in plat...also, I seem to recall being able to buy them with BP in pearl. >_>

no you cannot buy leftovers. you can only get them from pickup lv 81-100 and wild munchlax (always a hold item)

I had 2 pokemon with pick up while I was EV training and it didn't take that long for me to find some leftovers

How do you get 2nd gen starters for that matter? Without hacks or anything, and since the remakes of gold and silver aren't out yet....how would you acquire them?

Does anyone know the chance of getting a male nidoran from an egg when breeding a female (and by extension: Volbeat when breedin Illumise)? I only care because I might not want to take the time to find and catch wilds versions.

But let's look at their design as well

Ho-oh, bulky and red with blue feet.

Lugia, tall and thing. (purplish because its psychic)

Then if we include this inside the celebi = Link and Navi, we get a pretty clear picture.

ok so i've been out of the pokemon competition and playing it only for fun, but now i wanna try to get into this new (but still stupid) ev training stuff. so i got to know, say i used the action replay code used here to boost my pokemons stats:

HP Up raises HP EVs
12084576 000046C0
12084AFC 000020XX

Protein raises attack EVs
120845E2 000046C0
12084B5C 000020XX

DEF EVs (Iron)
1208464E 000046C0
12084BBC 000020XX

Sp. Def EVs (Zinc)
12084796 000046C0
12084CDC 000020XX

Sp. Atk (Calcium)
1208472A 000046C0
12084C7C 000020XX

Speed (Carbos)
120846BC 000046C0
12084C1C 000020XX

Those Xs you see are to be replaced by the numbers below depending on how many EVs you want, put FF for 255. Remember, you can have a max of 510 EVs, unless you use the break 510 code, which is just plain wrong.

ok so if i use this code to boost my pokemons stats without going over the 510 limit, can i use rare candies to level them up, or do i have to train them in order for them to come out right? please let me know. i want to start training since pokemon soulsilver came out and i really wanna play it with my final team.

Stats change instantly if you use vitamins so you won't need to worry about how to level it up further. (make sure that all EVs are zero before/after you use the vitamins so you won't accidentally pass the limit)

all right then, so i can use rare candies afterwards right? say that i had a level 1 turtwig, then after using the codes to give it stats boosts, i can use rare candies right afterwards? just wanna double check. and don't worry, i'll make sure not to pass the limit.
