Just telling you right now, peach is actually becoming one of my favorite match ups. I know she's a soft counter to falco, but idk, I just find it mad fun to play against one.

Even better if you're good at the match up. That will help me out more then, but I'll still use Marth too if you need the practice against him.
Also, if you have fun playing against her that's good too lol.

a soft counter, to me at least, is when in a specific match up, one character has advantages over the other, but in specific areas like edge-gaurding, combo ability, gimp factor etc...

Peach has some advantages such as being able to float over lasers, her dsmash allows her to rack up damage early, she can float out past the stage and gimp falco early on/use turnips to push falco away, she can chain grab, etc....

However, it is not, by any means, a crazy insane match up in her favor. Falco is not totally beat in this matchup, and thus to me, peach is a soft counter. A true counter or hard counter match up would be like sheik vs. DK.

EDIT: The shiek vs. DK matchup, I'm not sure if it's actually like really one sided. But I believe I have heard that before.
