Player Spotlight COT4

[PRiDE]

Hi guys. Since the ECRC 09 is just around the corner, I decided to make a player spot light slide show to hype up the tournaments a little. Tournament organizers will have this displayed at major, and MAYBE even have it displayed on live streaming before matches. Here is an example of how it will look. Fun!

If you would like your player data to be displayed at COT4 you will need to email me the following:

Color scheme that you would like.

A picture of yourself that you would like to use. (must be appropriate)

Your gamer tag
Your age
Your main(s) + Color
Accomplishments
Fun Fact about you
And a quote

Pro Status will be given and decided upon by the powers that be... which isn't me. Not sure how they will decide pro status so more info on this is soon to come.

Again, this slide show is for players who are attending COT4 only. Future slide shows will be made for those attending other ECRC tournaments.

this is an amazing idea, and i completely support it. il find a good use of it. il email my info soon. as for some suggestions:

-leave off the ecrc logo for now. its technically ecrc2 which doesnt have a logo, and if this is just cot4 for now we should just use a logo for that. il hook u up with a version of the logo thatl work good for this soon.
-maybe make some kind of set (i forget what its called exactly) to fit the pictures into the background, since right now theyr just like random floating images
-Fix the Pro? Player part, looks odd lol

well the pro player part was just there to give players an idea of what COULD be used in front of their names.. Hence the ? But yeah I will definately work on the format and logo part. Glad you like. =)

you also have to consider ppl who got points but couldnt make it to the tourney. but it also seems kinda meh that there were a lot of ppl that slid into the pro bracket cause of the amateur event which had a so so attendance.

i mean, like do it with at your discretion, have all the ecrc 08 ppl (with some special titles like camp and runner up as dm mentioned, good idea), do ppl who are power ranked in a state, people who are just generally good i guess. if we get a common layout on a powerpoint and like 3 of us make em maybe, we could bang this thing out in no time. i would like to have a bunch made so i can incorporate them to the dvd or uploaded matches

I was thinking we could make a template to fill in, and then have one person making them at the door as we get people.

Not everyone is playing on the big screen, so we don't need everyone. Just the top 32 or so. We'll need them for players like Chu, Greg, Spam, Andy, Waltz, etc.
