I was just on kaillera, and some dude on Galaxy64 brougt me to the master hand level. I'm guessing he either has a code or hacked rom. Can someone point me in the right direction, I prefer this level. I feel at home :)

It was a normal vs mode match, but when he picked Mushrom Kingdom, it took us to the FD stage instead.

I wanna play on FD. Find the guy and get the code from him.

Yoshi would **** on FD. No walls, platforms, or tents to camp him with.

I don't have a problem approaching anyone except defensive Falcons. Falcon wouldn't be any easier to play against on FD.

Fox would be much easier on FD than Hyrule. He wouldn't be able to run to the sides and laser spam nor would he have the **** tent crutch to rely on.

That guy is long gone, he was one of those guys with the weird symbols for his name. But isn't there a database of smash 64 codes? I was looking at the stage modifier codes, but i don't see one that specifes master hand stage :(

The player would be transported to this stage after defeating the Fighting Polygon Team in the single player mode. It is not usable in Vs. Mode, though it can be accessed with cheating devices. One needs to enable the code that makes this stage the only one you fight in 1P Game, as the game will freeze if its accessed normally through the debug menu. There can only be 2 players fighting at once, and you must adjust the second player (the player designated as Master Hand in Classic Mode) to have infinite lives. It is now possible to play this stage without infinite lives due to new cheats. This allows 2 people to play each other on this stage. It is still not possible unlike the other 1 player stages to play it with 4 people.

Who could I steal tricks from? Prince?

I've watched all his videos vs Falcon.

I'm open to any advice on how to better approach Falcon, I could care less if their Yoshi isn't better than mine

I'd rather play on the Fighting polygon stage, m'self. Like dreamland, but without the annoying wind. But yeah, that'd be sweet, I'd rather play FD than DL or hyrule

Jake is definitely dropping Yoshi
I played on the polygon stage recently in a teams match, and I find it to be way too small. There's no room to do anything. Maybe it would be an ok singles stage, but it's too cramped up for doubles.

The ledges and platforms are the strangest thing about that stage. Me and Icy have recently played on 64's battlefield quite a lot, and while it's fun, it changes things quite a bit I find compared to Dreamland

Yea Battlefield is definitely a lot different that Dreamland, but I like it.
Good singles stage, and the weird ledges never bothered me.
I've never be inconveniently ****ed over by them- lucky I guess.

and Chain, you should definitely hire a bounty hunter to find that guy
and beat the code out of him :lick:

Concurred with Daedatheus, Battlefield is a really fun stage, but not exactly a competitive stage. Falcon is a beast on that stage. Metal Mario stage is the same deal.

But I would love to play Final Destination with Daedatheus. Someone do some ROM hacking or something.

Metal Mario should be a legal stage

it's small size prevents people from playing really gay and running away and camping

Well... that said, if someone were to go that far, wouldn't they be dead already from not being able to recover or being edgeguarded? At that point, there's not much any character can do to recover safely... not even Pikachu.

dosnt it have a slope right in the middle? that would get really annoying. also jiggs, kirby and possibly pika would have a hugh advantage since they normally get blasted out of the map at lower percentages but they will be able to take more damage and still make it back unless the top of the map is really low to balance it out.

It's funny because this actually makes pikachu's recovery not so great. If the stage is so small, pika pretty much has to sweetspot the edge or risk getting hit again because he's easily gonna get chased if he tries to land on the stage.

metal mario stage has ridiculous boundaries
I personally kind of like that. It means that you can recover in any way, so long as you make it back, instead of going splat against the sides. This is a little broken for Jigglypuff though.

Metal Mario's stage is one of my favorites, but I'd never use it for a serious match.
