Play as...Stages?

Perhaps a Brawl+ section and then just the Smash Workshop for non-Brawl+. (After all, the idea is to not attract unneeded attention to PSA and the like because it involves tampering with and disributing game files.)

For those who keep asking if we can play as the STAGES, no. Read on the first (maybe second, I can't remember) page, I posted that is doesn't work. It may be possible to play as the stage hazards like Palkia, though. I'm actually going to try that right now.

EDIT: Semi-success! You can play as his model, but no body parts move. I need to rename some bones still. When I'm done, I'm starting Project Palkia.

We are never allowed to speak of this failure again. I'm fixing it up a tad bit more to ensure it doesn't lose it's head.

Anyone else read Frankenstein? This is a bad idea.

I'm pretty sure someone was able to play as Palkia without his model getting screwy. Check Vile's...long-*** title thread, or the BrawlBox thread.

Hm, who did they put him on? I put him on Bowser, so maybe that's a reason.

Yeah, they won't work.

And I checked out the Palkia in the other thread, and it has the same problem I had originally. They didn't rename any bones, so it stood there in Palkia's T-Stance.

Never say that in front of a zelda fan, or a twilight princess fan, or anybody who has ever really played more than a few matches on Bridge of Eldin. They will KICK. YOUR. ***.

I would point out why, but that would characterize me as a nerd who cares too much about other people's knowledge on his more passionate subjects.
