Plan Zero: What do you want??

Plan Zero is somehting being developed by Phantom Wings and it allows you to recode any animation for somethign else in the game, for example, Mario's F-smash became a fire sword. Since like swords exists and so does fire, they were able to reprogram it like this.

So, what do you want for Jigglypuff?? Remember, it has to already be in the game. Maybe later we can edit in the game stuff but not at the moment.

And to use this Plan Zero stuff, just use texture codes, it loads just through a texture :)

maybe bring the green headband back from Melee (since they gave it to Pika). I don't know. What can you do with JP?

Thats already been done, thats a basic hitbox animation mod. Thats like childs play compared to this lol. Even though its hard unless you know what your doing. Its easy to control frame data.

Oh and they should fix up smash, not F-smash. That was her move. OoS **** in a box.

They should fix all her smashes, they should make Bair and Fair a little faster so that they actually combo into each other, they should make them do more damage and give Bair a little disjoint etc. etc.

If I wanted to break Jigglypuff, pound sucks them in for a rest true combo.
But no, lets be practicle about this.

Change Sing into perish song, make it a multihit move, sends the opponent away, and puts a flower on their head.

Replace roll out with the spining taunt, call it Gyro Ball. Give Jiggly the option to move during the move, like Luigi's down B, but give it about half the manuverability. Give it enough prority to void out most (not all) projectiles, improving Jigglys game against trouble some opponents like Falco, but not to a broken extent. Mostly because of the moves lack of maneuverability, and strong ending lag.

These are the main ones I want.

Thats pretty tight, I want them to add a curryshot into pound, so they stay right there leading to an after hit combo. So its got like a stunning fire ability. And it doesn't affect you.

Okay, plan for Venonat.

Dash Attack- Tackle- Use the roll doge animation here. multi hit.
Forward Smash- Zen Headbutt. Lucario ish hitbox here. May cause tripping. Use Dash attack animation, add aura effect
Upsmash- Stun Spore- Sends hitbox above Venonat, Causes a ZSS stun like effect. electric effect
Dsmash- Sludge bomb. Similar Squrtle's upsmash, except with shadow effect.

Nb- Confusion- Uses the last part of the jiggly's uptaunt, (the one where she says her name) Venonat uses confusion, sends a pulse around her body. Used for short spacing. Aura effect.
Sideb- Leech Life. Sucks in some damage, pushes the opponent slightly downwards.
Downb- Protect- Its a counter attack, but an odd one. You are invulnerable, then the opponent is frozen momentarily, allowing you to pick your move, but you must act quickly. should have large ending lag IF YOU MISSED USING IT WHEN THEY WENT TO ATTACK. This might be too hard, if so, just make it the stun animation again, with no damage.

Rest plants her with a sticky bomb. If someone hits her, it transfers onto them. And UpB is a landmaster.

- Make her rest her down taunt. . . so when it hits, she retreats her hitbox and floats to the ground. . .
- Replace the flower effect of rest with fire / electricity?
- Make her rest also a sing. So when she rests, anyone who gets close enough to her while she's sleeping also falls asleep.
- Make everything she does have sing properties. LAWL

EDIT:
- Give bair electricity for the added hitstun
- Instant fully charged Rollout :laugh:

why do you care?
B- ice beam
>b- shadow ball
^B- sunny day (creates a temporary fireball above jiggly)
VB- shock wave (sends an electric wave on both sides)

Vsmash- faster
>smash- faster

that is what i want jiggly to be like
