I changed my avatar. I'm too impatient for Lucas time. I NEED HIM BACK.
Though, now I'm worried he won't be my best anymore since I'm doing much better with Robin and Shulk than Ness... I will use him no matter what, though.

I think it's safe to say that his teeter-recovery will be better in this game (looking at other teeter-chars).
It's nice since his and Ness' up+Bs are sometimes predictable and easy to gimp.
I have a feeling he'll be a forcetobereconedwith.

It's really hard to explain, not the 8-bit kind of sound but, the loud speaker sort of thing. I don't know
I have a question/theory? not sure what to call it, but anyway, here it is. why do you guys think Lucas took 2 months to be released? if he's going to be pretty much exactly the same as he was in Brawl (same voice clips and moveset)? Is it because they were preparing another character to be released along with Lucas? another stage maybe? or just balancing him? maybe adding a few new moves? (down air, up air, dash attack?) or just spacing the DLC out so it's not too close to Mewtwo's DLC? what do you guys think?

Although I'm sure we'd all love to think it was due to more dlc, I believe that Nintendo either didn't or aren't spending all their time on Lucas, instead taking breaks in the process, or simply, as you stated, to pace the dlc.

When I first saw the Travis pic (elsewhere on the forums) I was like O.O and then less than a second later I realised. Still, the picture looks outstanding with a few minor parts to address (some of the stuff on the jeans, and also the way the hand is cupped around his shirt looks slightly odd) and it made me happy to see they knew about, and brought publicity to Mother 4. <3

I wonder if it will be announced tomorrow, since Nintendo's showing us their E3 plans. Imagine getting Lucas as an E3 present.

E3 is (usually) June 13-16. I was implying that we could get Lucas during E3, or at least have him available for pre-purchase sometime soon.I Dont want to get Lucas late June tho

It is such an utopia thou are dreaming of, that it shall not happen. My friends and I have made the pessimistic claim that when Iwata said "Lucas will come out some time in June", we've guessed it would be June 30th. Sakurai is a troll, it would not surprise us if such a thing would come true.
On another note, keep hope for tomorrow's announcement. Maybe our hero will have an official release date. Fingers crossed for early June, as I won't be able to wait for that Up Smash no more

So I Just finished Mother 1 and that ending was so simple it was adorable. I hadn't realized how much I liked the characters what with how they didn't say much throughout the journey but it just made me so happy to see them all heading back to their lives.
On to Earthbound!
I wasn't expecting that twist in Magicant at all either. It was really sad to see that place just suddenly vanish after spending so much time there. Also, the Eight Melodies are now one of my favorite themes in gaming, period.

I have a feeling that Lucas' release date will be given during E3 along with other Smash Bros-related news since it would be easier to just dump a bunch of information on Smash Bros at once (and Nintendo can milk it as their big game at E3 three years in a row).

Probably just pacing out the DLC, not to mention all the other stuff they have planned... Like the stage DLC, mode DLC,
ALTHOUGHHH it's very clear they pretty much rebuilt his model from the ground up. He looks nothing like old Brawlucas.

After getting Brawl and playing him again, i can agree with this. I need dat young brilliant Sun in my Sm4sh NAAAAAAAAO. And the amiibo which i will fight to the death for even if it looks bad.
