Good stuff ldpk! What type of diet/exercise have you been doing?

I am also in need of prankage. Of the pink variety.

Same old, same old. Watching what I eat. Eat a little less most days then every now and then reward myself for my hard work with a day of gorging (bring out the ice cream, steaks, and cheesecakes!). Knowing how to cook vegetables and lean meats chinese stir-fry style makes it easy for me to stay on track (I know how to make cardboard taste delicious).

As for exercise, strength training is king, cardio is queen. For girls, there's a spin on the weight training so there's little bulking up.

I am getting nationally certified as a personal fitness trainer in about a month, so I can start helping others to do the same.
