Deep down I do. & I've worked at cat shelters, stop to pet strays, and feed them on occasion.

But goddamnit, cats are just so mean. And freakin moody. They'll come over to cuddle, then turn around and scratch you for no reason. Or climb onto your torso, then get pissy when their claws get stuck in your clothes.

I just don't understand them at all.

I've always treated my cats like companions. I do everything around the house with them and play rough back like I would with a dog. As for scratches it's simply part of the territory, they fight with their brothers and sisters in the wild so I have no problem letting them fight me.

Idk, cats are fickle, that's for sure. You shouldn't try to understand them though, they're the perfect pet for someone who rolls with things.

Protip: Always clip your cat's claws, start when they're a kitten. They won't let you do it if they're already grown, but their claws are like our fingernails, I can only imagine what ours would look like without clippers... even if they scratch things to file them, that just keeps them sharper. When you clip them and they scratch stuff, they make their claws into the most harmless little smooth nub. No declawing ever though, it's cruel and they'll feel that pain the rest of their life (along with accompanying behavioral issues)

Cats like to play rough, dogs like to run around and play fetch. Just different ways of doing the same thing and having fun.

Mostly I hope the gaps in the list are just to throw us off and we're gonna get some better reveals here in the next four months. Now that it's going to be four months. Because what would a Smash game be without a delayed schedule.

Never got on the hype train because half the characters I don't know and a few I REALLY don't want. Palutena is in the former camp - never played Kid Icarus or whatever or I might actually care.

But it's not like I'm MAAAAAAAAAAD she's in, I just... I dunno, more people to try out I guess. Like if they added Chrom, a ton of people I know want him, I'm just like "Eh, never played FE so..."

I was wary on Palutena initially but after that trailer I'm sold for now. Fighters that specialize in magic-ish attacks get a bit of a bad rep around here though. Guess we'll know more tomorrow.

I'm still against Chrom because I don't see what Chrom adds that Marth and Ike don't have covered. But again, hell do I know.

That said, you haven't played FE? You need to have that looked at.

But seriously, something just baffled me today. I was playing Brawl some to refresh myself on the mechanics so I'll know how they've changed at the smashfest today. However, I was on Temple and skull bashed from the highest platform of temple (all the way on the right) to above the little ravine on the center of the stage, then Thundered. It seemed to hit me, but then I went into regular freefall almost immediately and what looked like super-jumped, completely vertical and straight up, even higher than my Thunder's cloud. All I know about what I did is that I jumped right when the Thunder hit me and I had at least one jump left. Is there something to this?

I have only seen Pikachu ever move so far with one button when I managed to do a super wavedash in Melee. This kind of movement was akin to that.

I can confirm that you can't qac, at least it wasn't working for me, and thunder is still blocked by platforms.
