The game is slow compared to a lot of 2D fighters, including it's own predecessors. It also lacks in a technicality department, and greatly rewards camping/turtling more than offense/aggression.

From what i understand is that BlackPanther beat BigD in pools and could've had him not be able to get out of pools if the tourney hosts did only top 2 advance.and I got soo close in beating SpaceBalls (very legit match =), no johns).

Dunno placements that well. Everyone made it out of pools except Gooey cuz he thought only top 2 advance so he sandbagged on purpose his last match. >_> All i know about placements is that I got 17th and could've got 13th or possibly 9th if i could've gotten spaceballs =P

and on regards to Josh's "choking". His bracket was pretty gay imo. He got first seed on pools, but he still had to play Watty who somehow got 4th seed <_<. I played Watty in friendlies and he beat me for the most part. Then after Josh lost to watty he played PhatGamer which i hear is a pretty good sheik. Soo i dunno, gay bracket much?

Lol s'all good atma I know you didn't mean any harm I just took it the wrong way. Anthony and Josh summed it up pretty much. Josh definitely could have won against watty. I definitely think Watty's good but if anyone's gonna beat him it woulda been Josh, my playstyle and character isn't compatible and I would probably just get owned by his samus. Josh was doin well until watty got some kills and Josh started losin it which I was hopin he wouldn't do -_-. I got 33rd I wasn't sure what Josh got.

Oh and I beat Zhu once, we played a good amount of matches so that win is overlooked but it gives me hope that my hand'll get better and I'll just own him next time lol. Wish you woulda gone to this I was wantin to play you again.

I was pretty upset about BigD makin it out seein as how I earned that second seed with Zhu topping me. There's a lot of controversy about why it got changed 4 seed instead of 2 like they said it woulda been.

What do you call winning game one against a sheik then going ganon and losing on brinstar. Choking. please...spare me the **** talk this time around even if its not serious. the tournament wasn't enjoyable for me, it was a train wreck. you're almost better off not having entered. O_O

btw he banned yoshis, i beat him on FoD. all that was left was battlefield, DL, FD which he *** ***** me on, Rainbow Cruise, Brinstar, KJ64, and Pokemon Stadium.

Battlefield: i'm super iffy, it depends on how gay sheiks are with their platform game.
DL: its too big and annoying to kill sheik on
FD: he ****ing chaingrabbed/Upsmash tippered the **** out of me there

I still feel BF and PS would be better, I actually LIKE fighting Sheiks with Marth on PS. BF can be really stupid with Sheik platform games, and she just glides around BF, but those platforms are so good for you too.

Basically, from playing you, your Marth >>>> your Ganon, doesn't mean it's bad, just Ganon isn't as good and you have less tourney experience with him. Btw, friendlies are friendlies, wins and stocks are meaningless there. (in regards to your comment about Zhu)

There was so many times where I tried to shine reverse backair zhu during our friendlies. But when it came to crunch time in our pools, I didn't try any stupid maneuvers his game was definitely alot different as well but I still wasn't phased because I was also playin seriously. Friendlies are definitely whatever as atma said and you have to realize that Josh.

That's usually the case. Also, people try more tech **** like BP was sayin'. When you can beat people in friendlies who take them mad serious, you really shouldn't be worried at all in a tournament setting.

As far as the bracket, there was alot of weird pool results. My pool was a 3 way tie between Dope, Me, and IllboyZeus, each of us beating eachother. Dart came out on top of a 3 way tie with Trail and someone else, and watty's pool was literally a 4 way tie if I'm not mistaken. it could have just been 3 way. With pool results like that, weird brackets are gonna happen.
