People say mr.GW sucks, but really, its cuz they cant use him.

My eyes hurt. seriously. it dosent take that much longer to write "thought" instead of "thot".
Seriously. Comon. whenever someone says someone sucks. they mean. "I suck with (enter name) unless they're talking about Yoshi, Ice Climbers or Pichu(even though he is cute...).
Game&Watch isnt top tier. nobody likes playing as him. i dont really get why he was the last to unlock in Melee.

He doesn't suck, he's jsut not good compared to most other characters because of his overly predictable recovery, his aerials, some of which are not l-cancelable, his lightness which leads to K.O.'s at very low percentages, and his minute shield which is far too easy to stab.

Trust me, I used to play GaW all the time. I contributed to Jihnsius' judgement hammer study, and I've competed with GaW, but trust me. Compared to most other characters, he jsut doesn't stack up at a competitive level. "Sucks" just isn't a respectful way to describe him, as it is rude to people who become good with him jsut out of love for the character.

First off, theres no reason trying to convert a zealot. I'm going to go ahead and drop this subject, because there is overwhelming proof that GaW just does not stack up as a CHARACTER. ChuDat plays well as GaW because ChuDat is good with everyone. Theres no argument. Game and Watch does not stack up AS A CHARACTER. If you're good with him, its because you are good, not because GaW is. No one is disputing that.

You guys are really misconstruing what I'm saying here. I'm on your side. I love playing low tiers too. But at least I'm realistic about it. I use Bowser because I enjoy using Bowser. I realize he isn't good, but I use him anyways. If someone says your character sucks, don't ***** and moan about it, beat them and show them that your a better player than them. I'm a believer in Tires don exits, but I'm also a believer that the difference in characters is how much they amplify your skill.

Play a good enough person, and they'll convince you low tier is really low tier for a reason. But of course there are some minor underestimated characters, but for the most part the tier list is a very accurate representation of the character's capabilities.

Game and Watch is bottom tier because PROFESSIONALS deem him to be so, not because of how he does in tournaments. The tiers are decided by the BRoomers.

Ummm, have u or your friend ever been to tournaments. Not dissing u if u havent, im just saying, the probably arent at G&W's full potential if they havent been to a tourney and dont know what a WD is (important for game and watch).
