Seems kinda soon for a new PR but I don't really care. Time is an illusion right? Here are my opinions.

1) Eggz
2) Foos Jr: Sucks when he's drunk, even more than me. But he wrecks me when we're sober.
3) Binx: I've never payed him, I don't know how good he is, but people say he's good.
4) Bird: I can go about even with him, but only because Falco is my best matchup. I also think he's slightly better than Alien.
5) Alien: I think I have the upper hand against Alien, but I think he does better against others than me.
6) Ryan: Needs to stop beating me in tournaments like an a**hole! F*ck Puff.
7) Brick: Did you know I hate puff?
8) Me
9) Oliver: The most technical Falco in Oregon.
10) Jizzard: at the last couple of tournaments I've been to, he has been outplaced by Oliver and PrimeTaint (the Marth player from Eugene, aka Bench, aka Jarod)

Jackie: is he moving/not going to be in the PR? otherwise I'd put him at 2nd.

Looks good, I would put Jizzard above Oliver because I have a harder time against him.

I haven't played against Eugene legitimately in a while, last time I was there I never played Adam, but I played Oliver a bit, went about even, a little in Oliver's favor, I had already started drinking, but I don't think that affected my gameplay yet, our matches were pretty early. That being said, ****ard beats me ver consistently, so definitely ****ard > Oliver. I don't know if I would put ****ard > Adam, but they're pretty close. Ryan and Nolan might be higher. I know Ryan never beats Nolan, but I think overall Ryan is better. I think Nolan is around Allen's level, but I don't know how that pans out. . . overall I like that list though.

Also, I have a new thing that Corvallis has seen, and it may make me beat Oliver. Also, it is starting to frustrate me that me Puff > my Yoshi in some MUs. . . If I sell out to being a high tier, watch out

I don't know why everyone has a problem with Jigglypuff. Puff is my favorite matchup, it's simpleton.

I think most people dislike Jigglypuff because she requires them to be more defensive and cautious. . . I personally don't mind her, but I like Yoshi the most, so I want to play him, so I don't want my Puff to be better than my Yoshi

I don't know, is Minh actually going to play? I heard he's been to one tournament . . . if he starts playing that would make since though, but I feel like a list with Minh might as well entertain the options of Bart, Juce, Zelgadis, Gage, etc.

If any of them actually came to a tournament it'd be cool but Minh said he wants to attend more tournaments again. So I feel adding him to the list is viable.

That would be awesome to see Minh entering tournies again. Some people say that you have to enter tournaments 'consistently' to be ranked, but that just leaves speculation up to what is deemed 'consistent' tournament attendance.

I feel like if you enter a tournament you should automatically be qualified for PR. In general you'll want to have a base requirement of attending at least two tournaments every ranking period (to create an 'average' score and to provide a greater range of matches).

To have this all work out however, you gotta have a PR that's updated on a set schedule.

Meh, nobody cares about AiB. Jking. . . but hasn't Minh only been to one tournament in the last year? Once is definitely not consistent, the only time I played Shane in bracket he forfeit, so does that mean the PR should consider me #1? Obviously not, because it only happened once, and Shane destroys me. If Minh starts going consistently though, or even just playing consistently, there would be no reason to not have him on though (I'd love to play him, I've never even met him.) He plays Falco right?

Usually whomever has the .tio file makes the tournament page. It's a pretty simple set-up (click on the drop-arrow next to "Tournaments" on the tool bar at the top of your profile, then click on "New Tournament").

Once the tournament page is made, click on "Upload Brackets" which is found on the tournament page itself near the tournament picture.

A match that is reported as a forfeit by both teams wouldn't be counted in with the PR data.

Yes, Mihn plays Falco, but he also has other characters he's good with such as Marth and Fox.

And, jokes aside, AiB is the largest and most persistent archive of Smash tournaments around. It's not like it's in direct competition with SWF or anything. XD

Jigglypuff sucks because my tech skills aren't good enough so I always mess something up and then get rested :/ Mainly I don't like how she can gimp/rest you at anytime, but it's almost impossible to gimp her.

I still think Oliver is better than J*zzard. But it's close. J*zzard definitely has better more consistent tech skills, which really helps vs fast fallers. But I think Oliver plays smarter and is overall more consistent (I keep seeing tournaments were J*zzard gets like last place). Plus I learned today that J*zzard is 0-4 vs Primetaint.
But yeah, I'm probably biased towards Oliver so I'm not sure if I can make an impartial decision.

If Minh has only been to one recent tournament than I don't think he should be on the PR. There are quite a few people who are good enough to be on the rankings but don't show up to tournaments. Maybe give him an honorable mention. That's what I usually do for the Eugene PR.

There are a large number of inactive players who are good, which is the unfortunate part. Oh well. . . Also, if a forfeit is discredited, wouldn't it be in a players best interest to forfeit when they think they might lost giving them 100% win records? :\

I know the scores don't get updated because the person who started the project is the admin, and has lost interest in the project. They're trying to change admin privileges at the moment. . . I was under the impression that it could serve as a tournament record, but I can't see your tournament up.
