One of my favorite memories from Genesis was when I was sitting at the peach TV, and I lost to one of the peaches (I think it was menos but I can't quite remember) because I didn't get any purples the entire match, then right after he was nice enough to let me play praxis, and I got a purple seemingly every other pluck and ***** him ^^

I'm pretty sure Praxis got the best of me at some point tho, probably went the purples became scarce again lol.

Seriously, the success to purple ratio in the peach match up is ridiculous XD

I went MK against the MKs and one dude when we went to RC.
I also used a couple other random chars in pools for fun.

Fixed. He's just a better player than me.

The matchup is hard too, though.

It feels like I'm just running away from the grim reaper whole time. He gets a jab or grab in and I'm like... well there's half my stock.

if he gets u in the air and u air dodge, dont forget about fastfalling. its a life saver vs marth peach luigi etc
im sure u can become better than him and overcome the matchup with more practice
just try to keep him at grab distance the entire match.
we need to check yellows priority vs his attacks in BR

Biglou's my old clanmate, and he's amazing.

I'm fairly certain Olimar's yellow aerials can out-range Luigi's attacks, but I'm not sure about priority.

The thing is, do yellows actually affect priority? If not, it shouldn't matter if we test priority against Luigi with or without yellows. I though yellows only affect range.

Unless it's really minor, then as far as I know, yeah, yellows really only influence range.

it seems like a lot of times tho yellows go thru stuff that other wouldnt. does the extra range from yellows work a little like priority or something? o_O
