I wonder if Sakurai will reveal somthing about pikmin 3 with a trophy, just like he did with the original in melee.

So far every series created by Miyamoto has been included in Smash (except wave race, but was in the form of trophy), as we can see now Nintendogs has made it as an AT (yes.. wtfux), Pikmin was created by Miyamoto and Olimar is surely to appear in the roster.

The majority is in favor of the Pikmin Regime, just because YOU like it and you started the Olimar topic doesn't really represent the rest of us does it?

(edit: i've also come to the conclusion that the only people that do not like the Pikmin Regime are people that can't pronounce "Regime" correctly >_>)

First of all, you can't truly say that the majority of Olimar supporters prefer the Pikmin Regime over the Pikmen. In the first poll, the Pikmen never had a chance to compete, and once it was suggested, I saw a LOT of support for that name.

In the second poll I attempted at, no matter how small of an amount of voters there were, the Pikmen still won. And even though that doesn't matter now, that was the majority. Besides, not all 68 voters from the first poll will be apart of the group. As I explained earlier, anyone could've clicked on this thread and voted for any random name.

Secondly, since I technically am the "leader" of this group, I think I have a say in what the name is. Well actually, I consider myself, Colenstien, and IlldR the "officials", but I did require a catchy name if I was going to start this group. And the "Pikmen" is very catchy!

That'd be kind of cool, i'd like to see maybe a red bulborb run around and try to eat people. Maybe dwarf bulborbs could be enemies in subspace.

Subspace army steals Olimar's spaceship and hes on his way to go retrieve it back with the help of his pikmin. Along the way he finds pikachu buried in the ground with his tail sticking out.. he sees an enemy bulborb heading his way he plucks pikachu out of the ground thinking its some form of pikmin and throws him at the bulborb. Pikachu electrocutes the bulborb and that begins their joint adventure...

Don't ask how pikachu got in the ground lol!

What does everyone think will be the music for a Pikmin stage? I can't remember and specific music of the game but I can imagine it incorporating at some point the marching music when you used the C-stick and some Pikmin chanting.

I know it was out of place I didnt like the thought if it not attacking him either, but it would be an awful final smash if it attacked olimar when it was his final smash. maybe we can have louie ridding on its back controling it or something.

another option is the golden hovering triangle robot thing could beam up olimar and you fly it around as the titan weevil attacks. this however leaves your pikman to fend for themselfs.(i.e. they are screwed).

I don't think K. Rool can summon Kremlings like DDD or Olimar can with Waddle Dees and pikmin respectively, unless K. Rool summons those little klamper things.
