Pfft, I wouldn't know, I decided to not be a part of it this time since I didn't have a reliable internet source. I currently have no access to the project forum so I've no idea what's been going on.

In a nutshell, phase one was about panels proposing changes, and all of those proposals were listed.
On phase two those changes would be discussed:
2/8 of the proposed changes were agreed with no discussion.
2/8 were discussed and resolved (either change or no change).
1/8 are stalled discussions that will most likely go to be solved by a third-party (Marc, ESAM, CJ, Ishey and aisight).
3/8 are proposals that involve panels whose members haven't posted a thing about.

Sounds JUST like 2.0, so sad. I remember having the Kirby panel finished a while before the end of the project minus the Kirby:Yoshi MU I believe, which we just couldn't agree on no matter what.
