Chozen has clearly done more for the community than you think. he's been generous with his house and has hooked up plenty of people with rides to fests and tournies, even people that live far as hell away. he's driven down to SoVa for a tourny before as well. if that's not uniting the smash community I don't know what is.

first of all, when I go to tournies and play some one like you, who takes it way too seriously and chain grabbed my butt all over fd I really wanted to quit the game. you weren't even having fun, you were all like "just DI and tech, it's better than button mashing" when really I was button mashing to make you feel bad for cg me, so you'd stop. (a mind game possibly) yeeah, but guess what, you didn't.


also, you are very pessimistic and don't seem to enjoy meeting new people at fests and no offense, you're kinda a ****.

there's no need to bring some one else down, even if they are talking themselves up, just keep it to yourself and **** them when you play them.

It wouldn't be so mad if the unnecessary (and un backed-up) arrogance and cockiness came along with it. Masa and I smashed the night before C3, and he told me he was going to drive me home. Well, turns out that's not what he remembers saying. I was ok with it, but then I realized Rich had something to do with this, and before I know it I have him yelling in my face telling me to eff off and some other crap. I heard about other misc. comments he made as well.

So, here's the deal. A lot of people dislike Chozen, so there must be some depth to it. It's the small things that tick people off, like Rich posting in Chu's thread when he kindly asked him nice to. It has escalated into Rich almost intently doing it as a means of showing power or something. Sure. he's done things for the community, MAINLY TNR. It's also not very nice to bail out on people like Kiwi, regardless of circumstances. Also, Plank's hate on Rich was funny and non-serious up until he actually deserved it.

Don't like he's infallible or a miracle worker, I just want peace. His arrogance has come out a lot since I've met him, I'm really just tired of it.

I don't care if you do not like me because you percieve me to act overly cocky. I post "too much" even though this is an internet forum. Chu doesn't own any threads.. Gideon does. [note- Chu is also a selfish elitest prick]. Masa [and many other smashers] often feel used for rides. As a young child you are probably unaware of the LARGE gas costs, along w/ the monetary sums required to even live, and eat. My rent this month [with utilities] ends up being Alittle over $700. I work 5 days a week, and after taxes end up making about $800-$900. Gas is very expensive, so unless people give me gas money, it is very difficult to budget driving around. I legitimatly feel bad for every smasher that gets taken advantage of just because some of the younger smashers can't drive, and their parents refuse [to waste time/money] to take them aswell. Redd.. your ignorance is showing. As to my situation with [supposedly] "faking out" on people recently. I have quite afew problems at home... My father just developed cancer, and my girlfriend is on the verge of breaking up with me. Along w/ school, and the rest of my expenses life is quite hectic right now.

For the Bi-Weekly that i had to [unfortunatly] cancell my mother fliped out and choose to not allow us to use HER home on a Saturday afternoon. It is her house, and her proaugative.. Yes, people drove 30-60 minutes to get there.. was i even there to convice her other wise... no. I trusted the smash community, and my mother to respect my house, and my kindness while i was away helping out my school, and getting some scholarship money. [note- school is expensive as ****. I am not rich, nor am i wealthy. My family spent all of our savings.. ever; on our house]. Sorry for volunteering my home, and being a trusting *******. Speaking of being a trusting *******.. didn't i allow the use of that very same home for 4 other Bi-Weeklys/fests, and a large [co-hosted] tourney that brought in about 60 people... which then people proceeded to ***** at me about because i wasn't there and had a very large YuGiOh event which i had a very good chance of winning money at, but unfortunatly [due to luck] got 9th.. and top 8 does on. wtf.

For Cat3.. i very much wanted to go, but [unfortunatly.. yet again] my mother wigged out, and refused to allow me to borrow her vehicle to drive 9 hours north, and 9 hours south.. due to worriedness mother reflexes.. btw. She had also lended her car to a friend the very same week that we were supposed to leave, but [unfortunatly] they crashed her car, [the very same one that i was going to borrow] so clearly no trip would be possible. I also bet that no one [Tope, Meep, Janet] told you that i felt so bad, that i was willing to rent a car, and still drive to Cat3... a VERY EXPENSIVE ordeal to say the least. They TOLD me not to.

Btw.. did i mention my father was in Iraq last year in Bahgdad, my guardian [that was like a father to me] killed himself.. one of my best childhood friends died of cancer over the summer, and my grandfather also died last year... oh. and My favorite aunt killed her self and my cousin in a murder-suicide. KthxBy.

And to be honest.. most of that happened within the last 8 months. But i do not feel that it is [normally] nessesary to bring it up... because it's no one's problem but mine. People give me **** about being cocky, and being an ***, being condenscending, and being annoying.. but people don't even know me. Much of the time i say **** in a half serious manner, but people interpret what i say as fact. Mistakes. I just don't care enough to correct them anymore.

Note- Quitting Smash, and going [back] to YuGiOh seems very appealing right now. One of the reasons i'm not even going to consider this, is the fact that i'm driving Tope, and Meep to Inn5... b/c i don't screw people on rides [contrary to popular belief].
