What's the point of this topic?

Results threads are an important part of promoting tournaments. They provide exposure and easier-to-access documentation of tournament results. Outsiders won't have any idea what's going on in the MD/VA scene if we keep our results hidden in community threads, but by putting them out there we can catch the eyes of more players. This includes OoSers who may be impressed by the skill level demonstrated in tournament results, thus motivating them to travel to our events.
