Also, TX not counting OOS events is just another way to hold GNES back, racist *** state

I mean some of it could make sense. MLG events for example you could say are hard to count because of the seeding. But even then, really good players overall tended to place really well in the end. And the current system ranks Texas players instead of OOS players, with no standard "point" placing applicable to OOS people you play.

With that said, OOS tournaments of obvious significance not counting towards the PR is silly. Dunno what will be done to address that.
