I always thought pics and gifs were fine, as long as its not nudity or super harsh people shouldn't get infracted. Warned at best if they spam it too much.

I assumed we're going by the 12 weeks rule which would have the season end at Viridian which would be adjacent to PA's and MD/VAs rankings. That's what NY's ranking used to do and its more accurate than the way NJ had it imo. Nothing's finalized yet, panelists need to decide to either follow the NJ way or the NY way.
