NJ Finder - Tournament Finder Updated (10/8) See new thread for Brawl Rankings

That may be true, but his inactivity in tournaments recently(as far as I know) kinda hurts that. JFox and I are definitely set as panelists, and Keitaro seems to be showing the most initiative to be the third.

I'm guessing the original end date for the Power Rankings is 12/27!?
Pushing it back to Febuary something to the weekend right before Brawl comes out is also a good idea in my mind. It's only really a month push back plus I know alot of people will be going to tournies during the college break "including me" so they will be able to qualify for the rankings.
If we decide the rankings date to be in December, what will we do before Brawl comes out? What will the month of January and early Febuary count for besides nothing? What if Keitaro pulls **** out his *** and goes Pichu and ***** 99% of NJ including M2K by the time Pound 3 comes? "lol, I dreamt this before" Personally guys it's really JFox's decision in the end.
I'd also love to be a panelist since it's really not that hard to rank according to tourney results/person vs person. I found the tournies I found really easily cause I usually keep track in my head of what tournies happen when plus I love Tia to hell "I'm Nealdt's self proclaimed #1 Tia fan"
I also love seeing who goes against who and take extreme note of it. Ask me of a record of anyone on the list compared to another on the list since 9/27 and I bet you I can mention it easily. thanks for recognizing me and considering me for power rankings! This is really the first season I've been finally able to attend tons of tournaments, with 4 so far in the past month and a half. I was gonna post all the results I could find, but Keitaro went crazy and every single one lol. I'm especially glad that VGXPO Saturday was on there, where I did exceptionally good at with 5th place </gloat> lol
i def think that we should wait till right after pound 3s results are up and make the final melee nj power ranking decision then. from dec 27th to feb 2 is rly soon. one prob with that is when ryoko seemed to becoming active again, i heard he was quitting melee tournaments till brawl after Clash of the Titans, but then again he went and showed up at Smashpocalypse 2 lol.
also we need to take LK off of these power rankings since hes high on PA's power rankings. this way itl also clear up more space for new ppl.
whenver i go to a new tourney from now till pound, il make sure to get the results here. also, we will have another Clash of the Titans tournament before Pound 3, so you can count on that.

Yeah, I agree with what everyone has been saying. Its really a tough season for everyone, and the timing for the new rankings just isnt falling into place. Also guys, the new regional rankings will be coming out at the end of the year, and so that should keep people's ranky ranking minds occupied
Meanwhile, the panelists will be able to gather up plenty of data for the past results.

It is a tournament with over 7 SWF members including 3 past power rankings smashers there so I don't see why you'd go against it unless it was for the results not being full. It is a SSBM tournament with double elimination and mlg rules right??
Alright, I'll fix that.
If any smasher from NJ knows they have been to a tournament but does not see their name there at all please mention something in this forum. Some people may not have been accounted for since I might have never heard of them, they only attended one tourney, or I don't know if their NJ or not.

At first I did kinda laugh at the Ru tourny being counted, but now that I think about it, there were quite a few good players there. And the format was mlg...soo... I guess its not the worse idea ever... It was def more competitive than kotc lol
