You guys are overly negative and pessimistic about stuff and then you have the gall to mock others about being more positive. A good chunk of the time, you aren't even making the most logical conclusion when doing so. You're not even being cautious either.

This group thinks they're better than everyone else and has shown that multiple times.

The circle jerking in this thread has been real. It's a place to go to complain that others don't agree with you.

To be honest, I feel our group has really lost their way. The whole reason we were here was to debunk leaks and rumors. Most of Smash 4's hidden features are uncovered and we have the game in our hands which means their not as prominent.

Before Smash 4 came out, fake leaks roamed the internet and there was no way you could debunk it as we barely knew anything at the time. Leaks today can be debunked on a whim now.

Not to mention the amount of information that happened pre-release (Directs, Pic of the Day, Trailers, etc.) We barely have any info now.

Thing have certainly changed. We're practically in the dark days of Smash speculation now. Because of that, we have nothing else to talk about which leads to drastic results. We essentially use our attitudes when debunking leaks to argue with other users about random petty things. That's why people like me post random memes and gifs in here as well. We have nothing else to do in here.

I know this thread started out from a leaks group, but why not just consider it what it is? a place to discuss Nintendo related things together. We don't necessarily need leaks to be the focal point, it should imo just be for all things Nintendo, new and old and us discussing Nintendo together.

As far as the other stuff, I tend to not pay attention to that stuff in this thread so I won't comment on it as I'd have no idea what I'd be talking about if I tried. Haha.

When people make statements without any hints of sarcasm or joking, it's natural that such statements are taken seriously.

I'm aware of the meme, by the way. However, the way he stated it, without any hint of joke, triggered an unnecessary argument. It's not about the action, it's about the consequence.

Tell me, was it a good idea in the first place to do that?

PS: I don't want to start an argument, by the way. I'm not in the mood for this, so I'm out.

Also, I agree this thread, AKA the remnants of the leaks group, has become stale.

In regards to the tasteless "anime belongs to the trash" statement, I expected something better from @ Burb than a bland, baseless generalization spouted just for the sake of stirring an argument.

You say you're familiar with the meme, and still chose to take my post seriously for no rhyme or reason. Most of the people who responded seriously seemed to not know it was a meme. You claim you did, so it's 100% your fault for assuming my intention was to piss people off and start an argument rather than just quoting a stupid meme.
