The render looks pretty terrible and unfaithful, that's not how I would imagine it.
Looks like a drawing with a lot of airbrush shading.
Can't say I agree with Ken being an alt, especially when his entire schtick in SF is that he actually plays differently from Ryu lol
TBH? The majority of them, or maybe a good half are kind of eh choices. I feel the roster also favors too much quantity over quality. I can't really take them seriously because it is completely unrealistic (not just on some of the choices, but the gigantic size of the roster). It really does not feel like a proper Smash Bros roster.Alright what are the good choices and bad choices on the roster in your opinion?

I'm also a bit iffy on Ms. Pac-Man and Raichu. Raichu cannot work as a Pikachu alt because his body shape and size is different. Ms. Pac-Man could work, but then it would overlook the fact she's suppose to be a fast character, as oppose to Pac-Man who is slower in his own games. (And Pac-Man is slow and heavy in SSB4).Can't say I agree with Ken being an alt, especially when his entire schtick in SF is that he actually plays differently from Ryu lol
Just be on the assumption that it actually happened, I'm curious of the opinions on several characters.TBH? The majority of them, or maybe a good half are kind of eh choices. I think fan rosters are more interesting when they are carefully chosen and doesn't excessively pander to fans.

Chandelure is going to hunt you down.Bandanna dee will never be in smash lol.
Ken started as a clone of Ryu.Can't say I agree with Ken being an alt, especially when his entire schtick in SF is that he actually plays differently from Ryu lol
First: Fail for no Pokemon Trainer. And lack of Absol I am disappoint, my biased does not like itSo? Did I nail it? How would you react to a roster like this?
Mario already has 2 football games thoughI still want my Mario-themed American football game, it's the only sport Mario HASN'T done and would sell like hot cakes because we Americans love us some handegg.
Plus it would be hilarious seeing throwing touchdown passes like he's Tom Brady
I would probably feel overwhelmed by the large roster. Can't imagine the metagame keeping up with these, and there's also balance issues that would probably be a nightmare for the developers.Just be on the assumption that it actually happened, I'm curious of the opinions on several characters.

I know, I was intentionally attempting to try icons outside of Nintendo too, just curious of the opinions.there are like four rows of third parties there, so many of which aren't iconic in any way or haven't even been on a nintendo console
There's also that, which kind of takes away the theme Smash Bros has, especially on the latter. Angry Birds would be a massive headscratcher lolthere are like four rows of third parties there, so many of which aren't iconic in any way or haven't even been on a nintendo console
That's reminding me of the fact there was a 'Melee Fox for DLC' thread.Raichu would work if they made it play similarly to 64 Pikachu in a way. Not as insane as 64 Pikachu, but something that reminds players of that.
I've been honestly thinking that for a long time now.
watch out!!! take a shield with you to protect you! i did say the same thing in the past to himBandanna dee will never be in smash lol.
If you're going to give someone a shield at least reference Zelda 1 you plebwatch out!!! take a shield with you to protect you! i did say the same thing in the past to him
Watch it be on the 3rd.So, do we think we're getting a direct soon because of the Splatoon update coming on the 6th or no?
.....ahhh, you really need to try speedrunning to understand this weird thing. You know, it's depressing watching these speedrunners when they say they're not doing well in a run, when they can play the game far better than I ever could. Not sure what that says about my gaming skill.
No one is safe from 20XX lolThat's reminding me of the fact there was a 'Melee Fox for DLC' thread.
If I had a clear list of names I'd do that even without those charactersIf I were to remove the Microsoft, Sony, and Apple based characters, would you guys give your in depth opinion?
Go on the assumption that the game is extremely balanced then. I know that it's impossible, but I still want opinions in specifics. :9I'd never want Smash to have 120+ characters, and considering how much thought goes into character in Smash, that isn't even remotely feasible.
The only other game I can think has close to that many characters is Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, with I believe 161.
Except there's dozens of clones and it's extremely unbalanced.
Yeah, and he's been straying off that role as early as SF2.Ken started as a clone of Ryu.
I already told you, the actual character representation in the Nintendo department kills it for me.Go on the assumption that the game is extremely balanced then. I know that it's impossible, but I still want opinions in specifics. :9
I avoided some Nintendo one-shot characters from already established franchises in the roster when I was making it.I already told you, the actual character representation in the Nintendo department kills it for me.
You have 100+ characters you the Zelda roster contains only Link, Zelda, and Ganon variations.
even so, tingle and vaati aren't one-shotsI avoided some Nintendo one-shot characters in the roster when I was making it.
If it's all balanced...It'd be confusing regardless, fighting against a character would easily result in "What could this character do again?" By having over 100 characters with unique playstyles it gets confusing, especially for newbies who want to get more competitive and pick a main, you have to pick one out of over 100 to see who you like best. It's a cluster****Go on the assumption that the game is extremely balanced then. I know that it's impossible, but I still want opinions in specifics. :9
