Still cool. Not the first time. Wrestling games used to have so much stupid and fun stuff in there. I guess people find it baffling now because it goes for the realism side of sports games.

It's why Madden went to crap because they focused to much on realism to where there aren't anymore licensed Soundtracks anymore

The first of many to be less "directly" to us. I don't know how I'll feel on that day. I wonder if they'll pay respect to Iwata, or not bring it up as a sign of moving on, which, imo, would be respect tpwards Iwata's wishes.

The only game to ever feature the total amount of copies sold in the title.

I still want my Mario-themed American football game, it's the only sport Mario HASN'T done and would sell like hot cakes because we Americans love us some handegg.

Difference is Sakurai said Ridley would be inaccurate and he wants to keep characters as faithful to their counterparts as possible. Wario and Ganondorf are the best examples to prove that's wrong, and last time I checked Ridley didn't sluggishly fly around for 5 seconds with super slow attacks, not to mention I don't remember Ridley breaking his beak, becoming VARIA Ridley when absorbing energy or joining sides. I'm still pissed Sakurai decided to make one of Nintendo's best villains a submissive punching bag. Geno isn't possible because SE is filled with *****
