Just the way everything was worded makes it sound to me like they may be done with veteran DLC. It's intuition on my part, and I know nobody is gonna agree, so don't chew my head off or nothing.

I'm not saying it will happen (since we have a few days left and the ballot is still up-and-running), but I would not be surprised if Wolf is to SSB4 as Mewtwo was to Brawl - a popular fighter who was inexplicably absent for one reason or another (you might have even made this comparison before yourself, I wouldn't remember). I'll remain cautious until further developments.

I just hope Wolf isn't purposely held back to serve as an easy-to-make ballot character, if and only if he's the only one picked (there really aren't many viable options left for the ballot that seem feasible, anyways). It's selfish of me to say, since Sakurai deserves a long-needed break, but... Wolf should have been more highly prioritized, if that were the case.

I'll wait and see what happens in the next few days before I make up my mind about Wolf's likelihood.

That's interesting. I did notice that Sakurai specifically mentioned the new music that was being added from the two stages today. If RH isn't in there... unless it's a random unlockable? I dunno...

The segment from 2:21 to 2:41 makes me a lot less optimistic about Wolf's chances.

Glad I'm not the only one that got that 'no more veterans' feeling. It's probably nothing, you know how subtlety is lost when translating from Japanese to English. But still, can't shake that feeling.

I literally got up to the "Purchase" button on the EShop with the fighters and stages selected and it crashed on me. Sighh. Thankfully nothing glitched so my balance is still there and all, just have to do the process over again. And probably over again, and over again, and over again.

I've just realized I can save quite a bit as I want the Wii U stuff and my brother wants the 3DS stuff, if I download the combo packs on the Wii U how does it work with the 3DS? Will I just get codes that I can input in my brother's 3DS or is it connected through NNID?

£18 / 2 is much better than the £14 each we'll have to spend together.
