Not really. You can search auction sites to get a good idea what cards are priced at and what they are going for. Then go from there.

As far as a comic store, you'd have to look up whatever is local.

Good place to start is ebay. Other than that, you'll have to search around or get advice from others. I've never auctioned anything off so I will not be much help in that regard.

theres this really great place across the street from work that sells steak-sub sandwiches and they're pretty bomb

only problem is when i try to bust a full meal (like 2 things and a drink) it comes out as 15 buckaroos plus a tip pre-food for some strange reason

The MioEnergy liquids aren't bad(I like the grape one more than the others), but the Kool-aid liquid sprays are my jam though. Especially for someone who absolutely hates drinking water when not exercising or working at a summer camp.

So........I did a yolo 10xSummon on the Arthur Banner on my phone account....

And I got Waver...

I think I dissed the 30 Quartz Summons to the point where it's trying to get on my good side. Cause after getting Dantes and dissing the Quartz summons over the Summon Tickets, I've gotten Quetzalcoatl and Saber Alter on my Pad account and now I just got Waver on my Phone account.

Regardless, I kept trying to tell myself not to try my luck until temptation kicked itself in....but shockingly it was nice to me. Now I have Waver on both my accounts, even if I have to train up my new Waver. But it's just in time for the new Event that comes with Phoenix Feathers and Forbidden Pages.
