Oh gosh, my muscles hurt just thinking about that, LOL.

I got a 3 gallon bucket for changing out fish tank water and that thing gets deceptively heavy. Same goes for any time I've ever lifted a sufficiently large watering can. That's not even getting into if you're having to lift soil bags, fertilizer bags, exceptionally large ceramic pots. . .IDK I don't know what all being a florist entails but once in a blue moon as a kid I got dragged along on a greenery/lawn and garden shop/hardware store lawn and garden section trip and if there's one thing taking care of plants entails it's lifting a lot of stupidly heavy stuff.
